  • STRENGTHENING THE VILLAGE LEVEL INSTITUTIONS Gram Panchayat, Cooperative Societies, SHGs, FPOs, Youth Clubs etc.
  • FARMER PRODUCER ORGANIZATIONS (FPOS), not only of farmers, but also of agriculture labourers, artisans etc offer the best chance of binding the villagers around a common economic interest and being the growth engine of rural economy
  • SELF HELP GROUPS OF WOMEN are best interest groups for women empowerment and are capable of launching many initiatives on their own, if promoted systematically.
  • EMPOWERED, MOTIVATED AND INSPIRED GRAM PANCHAYATS, as the grass root democratic institution - best forum to channelize all Government schemes for village development.
  • UNITING THE DISINTEGRATED VILLAGE: To revive a few critical practices, processes, institutions which unite villagers, brings them together for doing them together; sports, yoga, festivals, activities in places of worship, spiritual activities, community activities like under MNREGS or other wise. All those which results in bringing a spirit of unity and harmony.
